Mistake or Lesson?

Aside from the obvious mistake-cum-lesson that time I didn’t bother butting on my safety specs and a claw of copper the size of god crashed into my eyeball…

Well…most things I’ve made that I consider a bit shit I never consider absolute mistakes but rather something that teaches me. Do better, refine this, tweak that, don’t bloody rush your work for a perceived deadline, blah blah blah…

Ok, there have been things I’ve turned out onto the bench that were just so beyond faux pas they were put back under the torch and melted along with any photographic evidence of them…Unfortunately there’s no place for them in the world, as even Regretsy has closed down.
